Haircut and Movie Traditional Cache

CONGRATS TO BomberRay FOR THIS BEING HIS THIRD FTF! This geocache is placed near a high muggle-traffic area in a well-frequented parking lot.   As a child growing up in a nearby neighborhood, I would often go to the movie theater just north of the cache location. As I grew older, I started visiting a barber here with his wild-west themed parlor.

Few experiences conjure up memories as much as movies and haircuts.

The movie theater here has changed ownership a number of times.  The current owners have made some significant upgrades and have slightly raised the ticket prices to compensate. Still, they are probably the cheapest theater in town, tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the major casinos.

I met Cliff as a poor college student while attending UNLV. As I sat in his “Barber Corral” I enjoyed his western hospitality and admired his collection of items from yester-year. He’s built quite a collection during his career.

While the barbershop is open Mon-Sat, 8am-7pm, and Sunday 8am-5pm, you are not required to go into it to reach the official geocache. If you want to you, may go inside and ask Cliff to see an optional BONUS geocache.

There isn’t much space to hide items, but you are welcome to do so. As always, please replace the cache as found and don’t look suspicious.
