On our last visit the underpass was still gated off and there were no paths on the other side. The cache name comes from the planning name for this section of the park, it's in Ping Tom Phase 2. In this new section there are more paths, a decorative bridge and a shed housing Urban Kayaks where you can rent a kayak to paddle in the Chicago River.
We walked along the new paths enjoying the prairie flowers and the birds flitting amongst them. When we got to the end of the path there were white stones swiss-cheesed with holes. I hid a nano but the magnet got lost so I replaced the cache with a pill bottle in the stones.
