On the A4120 Aberystwyth to Devil's Bridge main road you can stop here at the Pisgah View Point and take in the beautiful views over the Lower Rheidol Valley.
The village of Pisgah owes it's Old Testament name to the former Methodist Chapel. On the top of the neighbouring hill tops you can see the earth works left from old Bronze Age settlements and above Capel Bangor the remains of Pen Llwyn Roman Fort. In the valley below are lakes from the old gravel quarries.
You may also get a glimpse of the Vale Of Rheidol steam trains running along the side of the valley below you. They travel from Aberystwyth to Devil's Bridge and back, giving passengers memorable views of the beautiful Cwm Rheidol Valley.
Red Kites and Buzzards are seen flying around here.
