These coordinates are not the coordinates of the final cache (but will get you close to the general area).  That said visitors from a cruise ship should be able to figure the coordinates and still have time to get the final cache and sign the physical log. The cache is very small so bring your own pen and sign small.

The library where these coordinates are may prove helpful in more than one way, but this library isn't necessary to figure out the final cache location (an internet search might also reveal what you're looking for). You may find the attached image helpful in deciphering this message.
