Cache is located on the "busy" westside of Dushore. This is my first hide, so I placed it in the part of Dushore that is near and dear to my heart. Cache is placed with owner's permission. No caching after 9 PM.
Dushore, originally known as DuThouars (named for the French navy captain Aristide Aubert Dupetit-Thouars) was incorporated from Cherry Township in 1859. Although it has only just over 600 residents, it is the business hub of Sullivan County and has the sole red light in the County.
Near the cache site, people often pause on the bridge to feed the small fish bits of ice cream cone. From there, one can also observe the water snake and giant bull frog in the little stream (Marsh Run) that runs from Kast Pond to the Little Loyalsock through the westside of Dushore. You might never guess that this quiet little stream overtook local businesses and ran over Main Street during the flood of 2011!
This is a busy part of Dushore, with muggles aplenty, so use stealth! If you need a hint, you can ask the Mayor of Dushore for help at the Deli.
