Guns, guns, guns and more guns Mystery Cache

Few classes of objects generate a more hotly contested debate than guns.  For some they are an evil item to be fears, for others, they are simply a tool.  Regardless of where you stand on the debate I think everybody could benefit from knowing a little more about them.  

Please note.  The purpose of this cache is not to push a political agenda, or to create strife within the caching community.  I just saw an opportunity for a fun puzzle.

The cache location can be found by solving a few simple questions.

A.  The maximum number of bullets a New York State resident can legally put into a gun's magazine

B.  The last digit in the model number of Glock's only fully automatic pistol

C.  When qualifying for a Concealed Handgun Licence in Texas what is the most points you can score with a single shot? 

D.  The official sidearm of the US military shoots this size bullets
