Geocache Description:

A short series of 5 caches around the Town Tree nature reserve near Martock. There is a small entry fee of £2.50 per adult and children under 16 are free. Unfortunately it doesn't accept dogs. It is over nice paths and is a flat walk. I recommend you walk the signed path and the caches will be on the way. The path is really well sign posted so enjoy the walk and possibly bring a camera.

A big thank you to Mr Chris Burnett, the owner of the park, who has given permission for the caches to be laid. Have a look at the posted web site address for more details and history for the area. If you see Chris on your walk please feel free to say Hi.

Parking is really easy very near the first cache site. The park is open 7 days a week and from 1000 to 1.5 hours before sunset. All the caches are on or very near the paths so please don't go off the signed pathways.

Tweezers may be required for at least one of the caches. As there is some tree cover the caches are all either easy or very obvious. This series is more about the walk than the cache hunt so please relax and enjoy the walk. There is lots of wild life and interesting feature about so please feel free to take photos and maybe even attach some to your log, we'd love to see them.

As always we really enjoy the anecdotes and experiences from visiting our caches so we'd rather not see simply 'TFTC' or :-)
