Glen Allan Park Traditional Cache

A quick park and grab... nothing special.  This area just needed a cache. I remember finding one of my first caches in this little green space -- GCY5MX 'Glen Allan - Country Roads Touring Series'. It was my twelfth find and the whole series was a peaceful country driving tour of some small villages. Sadly the series was archived in 2008.

We were touring through this area working on some nearby caches and decided this cute little park area could use a cache. It should be a quick park and grab, but you don't need to park along the side of the road as there's ample parking in the park itself. Take some time to check out where the old bridge used to be, before they diverted traffic over the new bridge. Enjoy the scenery and the peacefulness of this country setting. At the time of placement (August 2013), it looks like new tennis courts are soon to be available... still working on the lighting at this point.

There seems to be some confusion about the way Glen "Allan" should be spelled....
