This cache has some swag, but is mainly intended to handle trackables. Please trade or drop off trackables if you chose to do so.
Cache is located on the campus of College of the Ozarks. The name Hard Work U was coined by the Wall Street Journal for the college, due to the students being able to work to pay for their tuition. The college was originally built as a grade school only in 1906 in Forsyth, MO. After a fire destroyed the school in 1915 a new home was sought. The building you see is a replica of the original school. At the time the school purchased the building, it was being used as a hunting and fishing lodge. The original building was actually the State of Maine Building at the 1904 St. Louis World's Fair. It was moved and rebuilt piece by piece. The school has evolved from a grade school in to a highly respected 4 year college. It still is intended to help needy students receive an education.
