Small plastic container placed with permission at a world popular and very busy drive-thru establishment. Should be an easy find and could put a smile on your face. Hardest part will most likely be avoiding the constant flow of Muggles. The more than 32,000 cars that pass by on U.S. 158 each day should not be a problem just keep in mind that they are not the only Muggles in the area. DO NOT damage the shrubbery. Parking available within inches of the container you seek. No pen so be sure to bring something so you can sign the log.
Quick Smiley finds are not the only priority for people in a hurry. Many love the convenience of grabbing a quick drink or snack on the way to school or work. The format was pioneered in the United States back in the 1930s. This particular Drive Thru chain is one of the original Outer Banks drive-thru convenience stores providing patrons with liquid refreshments for more than 35 years. You don't even have to get out of your car. You will probably have to exit your vehicle to make this find. A lot of people from around the world vacation here and many do not consider an Outer Banks vacation complete without one of their world famous legendary annual T-shirts.
Permission was granted for this cache placement but staff are sworn to secrecy. If you decide to meander over to see what a drive thru convenience store looks like and how they operate you could thank Crystal & her staff at the establishment for allowing the hunt.
If you plan on going for hints please keep in mind that you really should not need one and your interruption could cause this cache to disappear.
Cache should be wheelchair accessible and is designated as such so that it will show up in attribute searches. It is possible, however, to park in a manner that blocks wheelchair access. If anyone determines it is not ADA compliant just let us know and we will make the appropriate change.
