I’m still feeling a little like I’m an outcast. Instead of going for quantity, I’ve been trying for quality.
If you use any additional software besides what’s available on Geocaching.com as I do you might have noticed a statistic that rewards COs whose caches have frequently been found. It’s called “Caching Karma.” From what I can determine to maximize my karma I need to maximize the number of caches I own being found while minimizing the number I find. Does this make sense? Anyway, I’m throwing this one out in hopes of raising my karma, which has recently rose to a new high of .06 after placing my first Caching Karma Cache (see the background image)! Hopefully success breeds success.
Hopefully this will help relieve those who are experiencing the anxiety of keeping their August string of finds up.
OK, so here’s another easy one, no guile used with this one. The container isn’t even camouflaged unlike its neighbors, Lucy 1 & Lucy 2. It’s more like a shy violet; it’s a purple tube in a place where nothing else is purple. Furthermore, to compensate for that you will need to traverse off the beaten path. There is very little, if any PI. I did see some isolated thons, but if you keep your eyes open they should be easily avoided. For easier identification, I’ve included a picture of the cache container in it’s “natural environment.
