You use to be able to take romantic or not gondola rides here but they seemed to have pretty much disappeared but I think during the spring and summer months they might have the normal boat rides.
The lights at night is rather nice to see and the stroll around the area is quiet and peaceful with just the sound of birds making the occasional noise granted I was in the rain when I placed this cache. 
So for those you don't enjoy the retail experience as much as some do you can come and enjoy the peacefulness of this spot instead and maybe pick up the other caches that is in the area.
I tried to hide in such away that you still had a bit of privacy but please be careful the muggles staying close by, bring some bread along maybe you can feed the birds and if there is still fish some of them too.
You do not need to step into the vegetation to get it. There is a big rock you could sit extremely close by.
