ky443d: The area that this cache is in continues to cause me problems. Today, I got a phone call and realized that someone in the law enforcement community has decided to gate off that part of the park. Apparently, there has been some illegal drug activity in that area. So, I have decided to archive this cache rather than risk having someone detained or questioned for hunting it. There is a permit on file, so I think that the situation would be quickly solved if there was law enforcement involvement. But no one needs to go through that in the first place. In light of this, I have decided to get rid of this cache. I will hike up there later to retrieve the container. I do have another 'Special Event Permit', so I have permission to hide another in this park. I will do that this week, but it will be in a completely different location.
