Great location in downtown Waterbury! There is plenty of public parking for anyone interested, but youll need to be really stealth due to all the muggles :D. This is the first cache that im placing so hopefully it isnt to hard or to easy to find! Its located on public property, and i work in the area so i have plenty of permission to place the object in its location, plus i want to watch the urban cachers go on the hunt.
I would tell you exactly where it is, but where would the fun in that be? Keep your eyes peeled for the clue :) I will say that the Cache IS NOT located in the upper levels of the garage, but in the lower section near the city bus stop.
