Ray See Mystery Cache

This cache is placed in Ray See  Park, a place that was named after a man that owned, property in the Three Sands Oil field, that was located about 8 miles SE of Tonkawa, I made this a puzzle cache, so you'd take time to read the sign, before finding this cache. The coords for the cache are, ---- N 36 40. A30 W 097 18 B90 , the coords that are listed will take you to the sign, read the sign, where its talking about the first well in three sands oilfield How many BBL's dailey did this well flow. ( its that number at the start of 4th line down) its _ _ 0 BBL dailey..now take the first number and put it in B and take the second number and put it in A. and this will take you to the cache,
