I spy with my little eye something? Traditional Cache

Recently we placed a few caches in the area to help people out with 31 days of geocaching August streak.  Well as it turns out the family had as much fun placing them as finding them.  We came across a type of container we have not seen before.  I don't know how well they will hold up over the long haul, but man the possibilities for hiding them are endless.

Do not try to get this cache from 194.  There should be ample parking at one of the two close by food joints.  The cache should be easy to access and is in plain sight.  Despite the surroundings I believe your search will be out of veiw from most of the nearby prying eyes.  I tend not to worry about the muggles moving at +55mph.
