I work nearby where this cache is located. I worked here for a summer a few years ago before finding a full time job, and after recently being fired I was invited to come back. Due to listing guidelines I can't say much about my place of employment, but it is a tent rental company, and a pretty physically demanding job.
I kept wanting to place a cache nearby, and while I was going to explore a different location I spotted this. The container is actually a container from another cache (Wall Street West) that I was told to remove from it's location by security. I alerted the CO and offered to return it, but the CO was quite kind and told me I could keep it and use it for a cache of my own.
Hope you enjoy it! I am listing it as a micro, but it's kind of a big micro. Plenty of parking is available, but given that it is a building that houses several warehouses, stealth may be required.
