4.23. Unarchiving a Geocache

The archiving of a geocache is intended to be a permanent status. That is why only community volunteer reviewers and Geocaching HQ staff have the capability to unarchive it. This is done only in rare circumstances and only if it meets the current Geocache Listing Guidelines.

If a geocache is archived by a reviewer or staff for lack of maintenance it will not be unarchived.

Geocache Description:

This is a short deviation off the freeway but worth the effort, as there are at least four of my caches in the area and three others that are not mine. this makes for a quick smiley tally for some short work! This cache is a bit more adventurous than an urban hide, but I have made it easier than it could have been by using what nature provided. There can be mozzies at different times of year so bring the mozzie spray just incase.

To find this cache, follow the trail from the gate until the trail turns into a 'round about' that has been clearly defined by the locals. At the start of the 'round about' where the track is still a single track, look to the right and you will see where a sheoak has fallen. You should see some animal trails leading into the bush just right of this fallen sheoak. Following these trails for 40 - 50m will lead you straight to the cache. The cache you are looking for is a 200ml sistema and has the usual log, pencil, muggle sheet, goodies to swap and a FTF prize. Accuracy is 10m.
