The cache is at the stated coordinates.
It is a pretty easy park and grab. The difficulty rating is based on the fact that travel is involved and you may have to deal with TSA. Because this is a micro, the log sheet is small, please don't sign the log unless you are planning to complete the challenge in the near future.
The game of geocaching is so much fun, in part, because of the incredible places it takes you. 
In order to log this cache you must find two caches on the same calendar day:
in two states (one of which must be Hawaii)
or on two islands (both of which must be part of the Hawaiian Island chain)
or in two countries (one of which must be the USA, specifically, Hawaii).
That's it. 
You can even use this cache as one of the two, if you like; but if you do, you must find and sign this cache for the first time that day. You may have qualified for this cache years ago, that's okay. If you plan to qualify for this cache in the near future (i.e. your travel plans have already been made) you may sign the log, please don't claim the smiley online however, until you actually qualify.
In your log please state the date that you traveled and the two caches (GC number, cache name, and states, islands or countries) that you wish to qualify with. If you are able to cache in more than two states, islands or countries in one day you get extra credit and a "Wow" from us!
