[ENG] The coordinates lead you in front of an office called Hepokullan Lämpö. The cache is not there though - it is just a starting point for a speedy sightseeing tour of Hepokulta. Watch this video closely:

Video takes you to where the coordinates are hidden. The coordinates then take you to where the cache is hidden, quite near the hidden coordinates..
