This is a mult-stage cache. The numbers you seek for the final location can not be seen from the road. Depending on your physical ability and the time of year, some effort may be required to retrieve these numbers. Don't stop on the road as the shoulders are very narrow and traffic can be busy. There is a parking area just south of the starting point location.

The cache is not at the starting coordinates or in the parking area but is a short distance away. The cache container can be easily opened. Do not force it open and put it back as found.

As you can see from the logs, this is/was a dumping ground for garbage. Consider this a CITO cache. As you leave and if you can, take some of the trash with you to be disposed of properly.
The vegetation around the cache has grown quite a bit since I originally placed the cache so I upped the terrain level to 4. I visited the cache after a cacher was having difficulty and did some repairs and could see how much more difficult it was to reach the cache. Winter time for both stages will probably be a lot easier. Summer time, bring bug juice.
