Congrats to jademaria for FTF!

Another cache in my Hunger Games: Characters series.  This is a cache & dash.  Log only, bring your own pen.

President Snow is the ruthless ruler of Panem and all of its Districts.  He lives in the Capital.  He is known to be cruel and manipulative and heads the military responsible for all the oppression in the Districts of Panem.  To read more about President Snow and his role in The Hunger Games, click here.

This cache is located on a street behind an establishment where President Snow might get some of the roses for his rose garden in the Capital.
