An easy park and grab. BYOP
Jenny Lind was a 19th century opera singer known as the "Swedish nightingale," but I am not aware of her singing here. Our Victorian Opera House was torn down in 1962 to make room for a parking deck.
The Opera House was built in 1882 and quickly became popular with leading actors from New York performing in plays, operas and minstrels. It closed during World War I and was located across the side street from Mountain Valley Water on upper Central Avenue. If you sing while you cache in this spot you might get some funny looks.
