Root of All Evil was the original name of a recent book I read by Richard Dawkins. Ultimately he used a different name citing, logically, that he didn't think there was any single source of evil. Perhaps he's right. Us humans can sure come up with some pretty scary stories and myths though. The locals have a rich collection of their own sinister players, used, I think, to keep children on the straight and narrow. Ill be exploring some of them in some future cache themes.
Along the Hija River is a bike path and park next to a great jungle cliff with caves and overhangs. Found this spot and thought it needed something special. Above head level, slight 4 ft climb required, not too difficult. Be on the lookout for muggles walking the path. I just tell them Im looking for a Habu and they quickly lose interest. Enjoy!
