Geocache Description:

This cache is the fouth in the Take Me Out to the Ballgame series which brings you to local baseball/athletic fields which are still in use or hardly used anymore. This cache is located in the Graniteville Village of Westford at the local baseball fields.


 

Graniteville is one of the four villages that the Town of Westford use to be divided into. Forge Village, Nabnasset and Westford Center are the other three. The cache is located in the back area of the baseball/softball complex made up of 4 baseball and 2 softball fields. There is a batting cage, tennis court and basketball court located here as well. This is a very busy area during the baseball season so you will have to be on high muggle alert during these times especially nights and weekends.
