Six Traditional Cache

This cache has been archived.

Leeroy71: I'm archiving all of my caches due to a change in circumstances, on-going problems with pain/ injury and following feedback from a fellow cacher.

Thanks to all of you who visited and enjoyed my caches and to those who didn't enjoy them, sorry but I tried my best. It's time to let somebody else have a go.

When able in the future, I still hope to get out and about finding the odd cache.

Geocache Description:

A Traditional cache 'n' dash by Wokingham Cricket Club's new ground.

This cache can be found along Sadlers End, just outside the cricket club. Sadler End is a no through road and car bound cachers will need to approach from the west end of the road, turning off Bearwood Road by the spendid looking Walter Arms.

Wokingham Cricket Club dates all the way back to 1767 when the first recorded match was played against Henley. Although Wokingham Cricket Club played its first game in 1767 the club was not formarlly founded until 1825 in Wellington Road. W.C.C. spent 187 years at Wellington Road by Wokingham train station. In 2012 Wokingham CC moved and reside at state of the art facilities at Sadlers End. The old ground has now been developed into flats known as The Pavillions. The newly completed ground doesn't even feature on the lastest Google Earth layer yet.

Please bring your tweezers.
