Geocache Description:

Well TT talked me into us putting another series out and this time it’s Ramsden, Oxfordshire on the north-eastern edge of the Cotswolds and 4 miles north of Witney.  A lovely village in a very pleasant walking area.  Not difficult and is a good one for all the family to enjoy, about 3.8 miles and should take about two hours, so let’s go for some R’n’R in the countryside and go to Ramsden ‘n’ Ramble!

Happy caching!!

Main Series Description can be found at R’n’R #1.

From the last cache you walked down the field and turned left on the bridleway to the Copper Beech where you turned left rather than stay on the bridleway.

This is the sixth of the series and is a small camouflaged container with just a log book.

After this cache continue round the side of the field, hedge to your left.  You bear right for a short distance towards some very tall trees but take a turn to the left over bridge for the ditch.  Carry on up the left hand side of the field and at the top you’ll see a walking marker post showing the path round to the right.  The path goes all the way round and into the field.

The path then goes directly across the field towards the bottom, right hand corner of the buildings, the farmer obviously marks this well when in crop so has no issues with it.  At the bottom of the field there is a walking marker post, turn left up the side of the property.
