A Staple of Geocaching Or Not? Traditional Cache
A Staple of Geocaching Or Not?

Some say they want more "non-micro" caches. As I look at mt stats today, they indicate that 56.22% of my finds are of the "micro" variety. I suspect that this is a very typical percentage in the caching world. It also means that cachers tend to hide "micro" caches.
What's wrong with that? Well, I say nothing is wrong with that. So why do we hide and find so many "micros"? I think it's more of a challenge to find a "micro" and much easier to hide a "micro". Many urban hides are necessarily "micro". Sometimes it is the only way to keep geocaches out of sight and away from those meddlesome Muggles! I do understand that "non-micros" are more fun for many of the really short cachers(children) because they are easier to locate and can hold some great SWAG! And....who doesn't like some SWAG?
Well, anyway, I have hidden a "micro" and I think it kind of is a staple of geocaching.
Safe parking is within 50 feet or so. Check the hint. BYOP and a sense of adventure! Have FUN!!!
