Geocache Description:

This cache is next to Lake Lanier, a 37,000 acre lake.  The Chattahoochee and Chestatee Rivers feed into it.  You won't get wet, but you will be close to the water.

I had another name for this cache until I was there preparing to place it and a fox trotted out of the weeds. He plopped down in the road, (not a busy road) sunned himself a little, rolled, scratched his back before getting up friskily and trotting down the road.  He finally heard something and pounced off into the weeds.  I just had to honor the cute little guy and name it after him.

The road this cache is off of, has been resurfaced and a small section of the road was straightened out, leaving the old section of the road still there. You will want to pull off and park on the old section.   When you find the area the cache is in you might want to use a stick to poke around in order to find it. Bring your own pen. There are some small items in it. Please put it back where you found it.  If no one else is arounding, this is a pretty, quiet little spot on the lake. Permission was obtained to place this cache from the Corps of Engineers. Please abide all rules set forth by the USAC while on the property.

Congratulations to beretta123 for FTF! Glad you enjoyed it!

Additional Hints (Decrypt)

[When you are in the right area, you can see straight into the water. It's on the other side of the path from the lake.]
