The cache is on a tree about 100 metres downstream from the picnic shelter on the same side of the creek as the shelter. There is a foot track beside the creek to get to the cache.

I suggest you take the track - a round trip of about 13 kilometres through rainforest bushland. Make sure you walk upstream from the picnic area to see the huge old tree shown in the photo - its only about 100 to 200 metres along the track - it must be one of the oldest trees in Australia (I reckon it rivals the famous 'Bird Tree')
