This cache is placed to honor a geocaching friend who lives a few miles to the east. He celebrated his 10th year geocaching on the date this cache was placed. A few of us geocachers got together with Lair last eveng to help him celebrate and to listen to his old war (geocaching) stories one more time.
You are looking for a uniquely camouflaged cache container. Please bring a high quality ink pen or permanent fine tip felt tip marker as this cache contains a water resistant log book and cheap pens and pencils do not work well with these log sheets. Please rehide EXACTLY as you find it and do not try to improve upon its location.
Please use moderate stealth as this area can become quite busy at certain times. The area is a popular hangout for the locals to sit and chat. Night time caching is discouraged because looking around with a flash light could look a little suspicious because of the area's location.
