This is technically a "spirit hunt" in Mount Calvary Cemetery. This cemetery has recently been renamed, so you may see a newer, different sign out front (though the original name is still on the original stone sign). If you are going to look for this one, it is advisable that you bring a retrieval tool for a snug and small log.
This cache is hidden in honor of my grandpa, Frank Miesse, whose favorite hymn is "The Old Rugged Cross." I could think of no better place than Mount Calvary to place such a cache, and just hiding it brings back memories of that old red All-American Hymnal on Sunday mornings in all the pews I've occupied over my lifetime. The cross you'll find here is neither very old nor very rugged, but it might be a little difficult to find!
There was some slight tree cover, but coords should be pretty accurate. No need to cross the fences (the broken-down one or the still-standing one).
As always, please be respectful of the sleeping residents in this old rugged cemetery, and only hunt from Dawn to Dusk, the cemetery's posted hours.
