eljoma: The tree that plays host to this cache is still awaiting inspection by a tree surgeon so I am going to archive and move elsewhere within the village.

Geocache Description:

Another cache with a theme! This time buttons.

Cache is a camouflaged micro which contains a log and some buttons so please bring your own pen.

The Village Green sees a lot of use in Beyton. Regular events are held there by the Beyton Village Association and the children's play area is soon to be completely overhauled after many years of saving and fundraising by the Parish Council.

This cache is on a less well used side of the Green but there may still be lots of muggles about, particularly around school times. As the cache is in a location surrounded by grass it is easily accessible with pushchairs.

The village geese can often be seen wandering around here so look out for them!

Parking is not advisable along the 2-way side of the road but the one-way section on the opposite side of the Green to the cache is suitable for parking and only a short walk across the Green and over a footbridge, alternatively the old brick bus shelter at the top of the Green is no longer in use and the bus bay outside can now be used for parking (bus stops on opposite side of road now).
