The cache is placeed on private property by the property owners, so be sure to wave hello to any people or fluffy dogs you see while you're grabbing this one, and please make sure not to step on the plants. It should be a pretty easy find for beginners or experienced cachers alike. As a bit of history, the land this neighborhood is built on was once owned by John B Keizur and his family.
