Geocache Description:

Cache is hidden near the crossing "Hirakawa mon".

The 1st of October is Tokyo Citizen’s Day. On this day in 1898, the State of Tokyo was established. We, the members of geocaching groups in Tokyo, celebrate this occasion by hiding this cache, along with many other caches, all over our city. Many city-run parks, museums, zoos, and other attractions will be free on this day.

Hirakawa mon(Hirakawa gate) is one of the gates of Edo castle.
The East Gardens of the Imperial Palace is open to public and you can enter from Hirakawa mon.
Beware of muggles.
There are always many muggles even in the early morning or in the night, especially joggers around the imperial palace.
Also beware of security guard at the entrance of the gardens.
