The cache was placed at the posted coordinates on September 2nd, 2013. To be eligible for this challenge cache you had to perform geocaching "labor" by having at least a 15 day streak, or longer finding and logging caches to earn this smilie face.
This is a lock n lock with plenty of swag and should be a fairly easy park and grab. This container is smaller than the original one. It is placed near a Civil War marker in Fairmont, WV, since I have been busy keeping my streak alive completing the Zones on the Civil War Trail. This is one of the more hidden markers for sure. At certain times this may be a high muggle area so beware.
Even though this is a resubmit I placed another FTF prize. When signing the logbook and writing your note please confirm how long your streak was and the dates from start to finish.
