Entry to the House is not required to find the caches

Wightwick Manor was built by Theodore Mander, a successful 19th-century industrialist. It is a superb and rare example of a house built and furnished in the Arts and Crafts style. The house interiors feature original wallpaper and fabrics by Arts and Crafts pioneer William Morris, along with Pre-Raphaelite stained glass, paintings, and objets d'art.

The kitchen garden, surrounded by hedges rather than walls, features a peach house and well tended beds. Some of the produce grown is used in the tea room. The resident scarecrow often changes his clothes according to the seasons.

All the caches have been placed with the kind permission of Mr John Wood, Conservation & Engagement Manager Wightwick Manor & Gardens
