Geocache Description:

We LOVE Shaver Lake!  We've been coming here for years.  It's great for a short trip just to have lunch or a long week trip to enjoy the sun or the snow.  This particular cache is at a popular spot to go sledding in the winter or swimming in the summer. 

During the summer this is a nice easy trail through tall grass from the freeway parking pullout.  I'm not too sure how accessable this will be in the winter.  It might be accessable in light snow, but hidden in deep snow.  I'd park right off the freeway and not in the parking lot.  The actual cache is a log only cache so bring your own pen.  First To Find gets a lucky coin.
