This cache is one of several hides placed for the YOLO GEO RALLY 2013 (http://coord.info/GC4GZTY) held on September 28, 2013.
Congrats to the two bison team for the FTF!

Conceived by the Yolo County Retired Peace Officers Association, the memorial resides in front of the Yolo County Courthouse. This is a simple field puzzle to a cache location less than a mile away.
