Hexenquerung am Gillenbach Traditional Cache

The Gillenbach  north of Oberzell has a 3,000 m long and up to 30 m deep gorge created, whereby high outcrops were exposed in Quaternary and Tertiary deposits. In the central region, about 1,200 meters north of the upper cell, are about 8 m high on cliffs. The cache is located near the outlet of the ravine  and may be well reached during a hike along the Hotterloch.

This point is one of the three possibilities in which you can cross the raging Gillenbach - just in case you should be on the run from Hotterlochwaible and Gillenbach Witch .
