A palate cleanser is a light and gently flavoured dish served between 2 more intense or perhaps spicy courses to prepare one's taste buds for the pleasures to come.
Our special offer Glámr menu for a fun evening out consists of 4 courses. This one is Fruit Sorbet.
At 'Glámr' Stage 1 you will find a new (Autumn 2015) noticeboard that will enable you to work out where you need to start foraging for both your sorbet and also some final ingredients needed should you hope to have any pudding later.

Here is a little check you can do to verify you have the correct solution: A+B+C+D+E+F = 34
Once you reach this location, look around until you spot a little Glámr then follow the trail.
During your enjoyment of the Sorbet, you must keep your visual sense alert for something that will show you where to forage for that last tidbit you need to complete this course and enable you to enjoy your pudding. Don't want to miss that!
Once again, do check the menu attributes of all the courses before leaving home as there might be some things you need to know about each dish or utensils you will need to use. . .
And last but not least, make sure you have worked out the true start positions for each of the first 3 courses before setting out because, if you intend to do more than 1 of this series on one night, you will be very sorry if you don't know where they all start!
