This cache was placed to coincide with the Autumn Arrives as Apples Appear event held in October 2013.

This is a cache and dash - there is parking at GZ.

Rocks By Rail is the name of the Rutland Preserved Railway - it was an industrial line and is now a living ironstone museum in a quarry.

General opening hours:

Tuesday/Thursday: 10am-5pm (last admission 4pm)

Sunday: 10am-5pm (last admission 4pm)

Operating Days: Third Sunday in every month

Train driving sessions: Monthly, Year round - by ticket pre-arrangement

Workshop tours: Everyday
