Hi everyone! Those of you that have found my caches will hopefully know by now that I'm trying to be a little creative with my hides. I doubt that what I've come up with so far is original, not by a long shot, but give me some time. I'm still learning and I'm just warming up. As tough as it might be though, I'm encouraged by the kind logs some of you leave. It's very much appreciated, thanks!
This latest hide is not the cache that I had in mind. Originally I intended this cache to be a challenge, both in searching for it and in retrieving it. After some consulting with mmacgown (thanks again!), I realized that the original hide was inappropriate. I was planning on archiving this location but I decided on a few changes instead. In place of the original 4/4 D/T rating, I'm now changing to a 1.5/1.5 rating for everyone's enjoyment. I've also made a slight change to the coordinates.
The cache is located OUTSIDE of the park so there's no need to enter the park at all unless you plan on parking there. During the day, parking is available in a small lot inside Eisenhower Park just steps from GZ. Unfortunately the park is only open until dusk and the gate is closed after hours. If you choose to hunt at night, parking is available just a few yards away on Stewart Ave.
The cache itself is a bison tube and it contains a log only. After signing PLEASE RETURN the cache to it's original hiding position! Happy hunting!!
