Picture this... Poppy Newke followed by Nana Newke, followed by Mrs. Newke, followed by Mr. Newke.
A few years ago the four of us, Mr. Newke's parents and us went out for a nice snowmobile ride from Oquossoc to Eustis to go out to eat at the Trail's End restaurant. It was a fairly nice day for February and the sun was shining. We are about to go around this particular corner when Nana Newke misses the turn. She rides up the embankment almost into a tree, falls off the snowmobile and she lands in the ditch. The snowmobile continued on it's original course and stops just a few feet further but in the middle of the trail (Tim Pond Road). Mr. and Poppy jump off their sleds and make sure that she is ok, while Mrs. makes sure that all of the snowmobiles are off the trail! She was fine, we continued on our way. Happy caching and BYOP
