Cache located at Blackwell Flats campground by Libby Dam. Easy Park and grab.
I made this cache for my girlfriends birthday which is on the 24th of September, so if you stumble across it before or around then, leave her birthday wishes! :) Thanks guys! There is parking for this cache over by the boat launch and dumpster area. The cache is located in a clear plastic container. The log book and some goodies are inside jar in the container to prevent any water damage. Contents in cache:
