The nearby small bridge has sat here for a couple of years, seemingly going nowhere. Actually it is part of San Benito County's long range plan for "straightening out" Cienega Rd. Seems that the downturn in the economy has made it a really long range plan. Container is a camo'ed waterproof match container/tube. BYOP
