Geocache Description:

Forestville Dam Park is located on approximately 79 acres of land at 475 Mill Road, Forestville. Just outside the Village of Forestville, go west on County Hwy J and then north on Mill Road and the Park will be about a 1/4 up the road to your left.  A millpond with access to the Ahnapee River and Trail is the primary attraction. Facilities include a pavilion, dock, boat launch, playground, picnic area, parking and restrooms.

The Door County Parks Dept. oversees the development and operation of 19 county parks, covering approximately 948 acres and 12 miles of trails, 7 launching ramps, 3 swimming beaches, 14 restrooms and picnic and playground facilities.  Permission to place Geocaches in the parks obtained from this department. (http://map.co.door.wi.us/parks). Bring your own pencil.

This is one of 19 caches that I plan to place in Door County Wisconsin. The Door County Parks Department has granted permission to place caches in appropriate places as outlined in the Geocaching guidelines.
