Easiest One Here Traditional Cache

The Easiest One Here cache is located near the Soccer Soccer soccer fields in Farmington Hills, MI. There is parking at the soccer fields from spring to fall. During the off-season the parking lot is locked. Otherwise, parking is available at nearby businesses. If you park across Drake Road, please be careful crossing the street.

You are expected to physically sign the log sheet in order to log your find on-line.

The Easiest One Here cache was placed with permission from the Heritage Park Nature Center. If you do this one at the beginning then it is probably the easiest here. If you do it last then it’s a long walk to get here.

The cache container is a small camo painted bison tube. You will need a log extractor. I did not have one with me to leave with it. Please bring your own pencil or pen.

I have found that a quick and simple log extraction tool can be made from a small paperclip. Straighten one end out. Grab just a small portion (maybe 1/32 of an inch or 1 millimeter) with a long-nose or needle-nose pliers then bend it at a right angle.
