Triskaidekaphobia : fear of the number 13.

This cache was placed on Friday the 13th of September 2013.  The puzzle uses the same cipher system as Zombie Horde - Trikaidekaphobia (GC47MW9).  However, while the original could easily be solved by hand, this one has some twists that may be better solved through the use of a tool.  Once you have the correct coordinates, the cache itself should be easy to locate.  Only about 60 feet of bushwhacking should be required to reach ground zero.
