Geocache Description:

Welcome to Wiseman.  Wiseman is a historic mining town North of Coldfoot, AK.  

Arctic Explorer Bob Marshall wrote a book about Wiseman in its prime entitled "Arctic Village".  It is a wonderful town full of history in a beautiful location.  Take a break while travelling through to log this cache and take a look back into Alaska's history!
